Directions

As the airshow draws closer, we would like to remind all attendees who plan to drive to the event to follow all traffic signs, directions given by airshow staff, and police enforcement to help reduce traffic and ensure the safety of everyone on the road. We highly encourage patrons to carpool and as a reminder parking vouchers allow all legally seated occupants of a vehicle to enter the airshow, so carpooling not only helps with traffic but also saves on parking costs. I-84 Traffic

  1. From I-84 head south on Exit 173
  2. Follow signs for US-93 S/Twin Falls/Wells and merge onto US-93 S.
  3. Continue on Blue Lakes Blvd N.
  4. Turn right onto E 3500 N.
  5. Turn left onto N 2800 E/Grandview Dr S.
  6. Follow signs and staff to parking
  7. Have printed parking voucher ready to show at the parking entrance.

93 North Bound Traffic

  1. Heading North on 93 turn right on E 3400 N.
  2. Turn right on N 2800 E/Grandview Dr S.

Parking

Parking: Parking for the Magic Valley Airshow will require a Parking Voucher. Parking Vouchers will need to be presented before entry into the parking area will be permitted. Parking vouchers are available for purchase online or at the gate. Bus transportation will be available from the parking lot to the airshow grounds.

Parking Vouchers: Parking vouchers can be purchased online at the Magic Valley Airshow website or at the gate on the day of the event. Parking vouchers purchased before June 17th 2023 are $10 per vehicle and cover all occupants in the vehicle. Parking vouchers will be $20 per vehicle on the day of the show.

Bus Transportation: Bus transportation will be available from the parking lot to the airshow grounds. Buses will run continuously throughout the day.

Prohibited Items

To ensure the safety and security of all attendees, the airshow strictly prohibits certain items from being brought onto the premises. It is important to review the list of prohibited items before arriving to avoid any issues at the entrance gate. Any type of weapon, including those not specifically listed, is strictly prohibited at the airshow for the safety and well-being of all participants.

Permitted Items

Attendees of the airshow are permitted to bring certain items onto the premises to enhance their experience. It is recommended to check the website for a full list of approved items, but generally, items such as baby essentials, seating, and personal belongings are allowed, along with photography and viewing equipment (excluding drones).

  • Cameras, video, recorders, and binoculars, mono/tripods (No drones)

Safety Items

  • Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas only. Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in the show area.

Aircraft Safety Rules

  • Do not touch or climb on any aircraft unless your are invited to do so by the aircrew.
  • Remember that trash can be sucked up into aircraft engines, damaging the aircraft and endangering people operating or near the aircraft. Please keep the flightline litter-free by using the trash receptacles provided.
  • Trip hazards are everywhere. Watch for tent rope and aircraft tie-downs.
  • Observe all signs, including the ones that say "do not touch"
  • Follow any instructions from airshow staff or aircrews

First Aid

  • Drink Plenty of water. Water will be sold by vendors.
  • Apply sunscreen regularly
  • Frequently take time to rest out of direct sunlight.
  • A First Aid tent will be setup in the airshow area.

Lost and Found

  • A lost and found information booth will be setup to report lost children. Annoucements will be mode over the public address system. Bring found items or report lost items to the lost and found/information tent.
